Considering that I am graduating in a few weeks, I have been thinking about the future of this blog. What shall I do with it?
Help me with your opinions and thoughts because I think that this blog has turned out to be a great medium of discussion and interaction among students, faculty and staff.
In addition the Google rank is very good, which makes it quite attractive to the person taking over the blog ;)

Tanvi B Savla, Louise Ralston and Bas van Ulden, Fulltime MBA 2011 students, made it to the second round of Société Générale’s Citizen Act competition. Their “Bank Better” concept received praise from the jury for originality and thoroughness. They now need your help!!!!!!!
The next round is about getting their fellow students involved in their thinking. To accomplish this, they will be maintaining a discussion forum (Blog) for the next three weeks until 12th March, on the topic of “Do people need to be taught how to handle their personal finances?”. The forum (Blog) will feature a different poll each day and the team will be evaluated based on the number of visitors to the blog as well as number of useful comments people make on it. So let’s hear your thoughts here.
Update: This article made it to the 6th most-read article in a few hours and today the blog has received the largest amount of visitors in one day, exceeding the record by 22% reation!

Many people are enquiring about entrepreneurship and marketing, which highlights the fact that ESADE is still famous for these, which also reflected in the statistics.

Yes, the fact that ESADE is famous for producing entrepreneurs makes it complicated to score on the salary-related aspects of the MBA rankings because usually entrepreneurs don’t earn that much at the start-up phase.

Morgan Witkin’s blog would have to be most famous as it has been quoted in some major journals, such as Times of India and BusinessWeek, but I am working hard on gaining traffic and momentum.

Mary G. rose my attention to this funny video from a previous ESADE MBA student. The organisation International Student grants scholarship to US citizens who are going to study abroad if they blog, write, video podcast about their experience abroad.The applications tend to be in the form of a video and the following video in 2006 apparently convinced.
Matt Brattin, ESADE Alumni, won the scholarship before coming to ESADE in Spain. Have a look at the video and his winning speech!
As I have mentioned earlier,ESADE is quite active on the web and uses many new social media tools. Have a look here for a list of the tools used by the marketing team, including twitter, facebook, flickr, bookmarks, widgets, etc.

My main domain is now myesademba.com and not myesademba.wordpress.com anymore (this domain is redirected to myesademba.com still).
